Rashawn Blakes Named Suspect in Friday Slaying in Bed-Stuy

Cops had found Gilliam, suffering from gunshot wounds, in the lobby of 85 Tompkins Avenue, one of the buildings of the Tompkins Houses project. He was DOA at Woodhull Hospital. Gilliam lived in the Sumner project just to the east of Tompkins Houses.
