Parts of New Jersey were left without power this afternoon due to an equipment failure at PSE&G's Bayway switching station in Elizabeth. ABC News reported about 20,000 customers lost power, and that terminals A, B and C were without power at Newark Liberty International Airport. The control tower was using backup power, the FAA said. PSE&G service is now said to have been restored. [via ABC]
