A building super trying to collect overdue rent was stabbed on Friday in Brooklyn, and police are still searching for his killer. 40-year-old Shayne Sinclair was collecting rent for the landlord at a building in Flatlands when the suspect stabbed him in the chest. He died later at the hospital, leaving behind his wife and baby daughter. Everyone: this is emphatically NOT how you deal with rent disputes.

this is terrible, who does this? If you can't afford the rent, then just get evicted. I feel so sorry for his family and love ones.
