Cops are asking the public for help in finding Eileen Joseph, 74, who has been missing for a couple of days from her home in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. She was last seen at about 7:15 a.m. Tuesday, February 15, inside her apartment building at 1745 President Street. Joseph is described as 5-5, and 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing a navy-blue coat and brown shoes.
