Jerusalem UFO Videos a Hoax, Obvious Alien Says

ET.jpg
There's the bastard!
Multiple videos of a supposed UFO hovering above Jerusalem's Dome of the Rock appeared on YouTube in late January, and plenty of people thought these were the most compelling cases for the existence of extraterrestrial life ever found. Benjamin Radford, "veteran investigator of many UFO photos and videos," argues that "these images [are] highly dubious, and all signs point to a hoax." So it's settled; Benjamin Radford is an alien.

Let's dissect Mr. Radford's argument, just as he dissected the earthling he abducted years ago in order to assume his human form:

Space.com? Clearly an alien domain name.

  • He says no one knew who took the videos, and that "anonymous reports are usually a red flag that something's bogus."

Classic alien move: Lure an anonymous poster into revealing their identity and then -- BOOM -- probe city.

  • He's suspicious of the lack of accounts. "It's probable that there were thousands of people in the area at the time, yet no one else reported seeing or videotaping the bright light?"

Sorry, Mork, but most of us true earthlings have jobs. We have to be up in the morning and can't hang around the Dome of the Rock all night.

  • He doesn't think the UFO is big enough, because it "appears to be no more than about fifteen feet long, which seems awfully small for a spacecraft that presumably made it across the universe for its camera cameo."

Please tell us, Benjamin Radford, exactly how big was your spacecraft that made it across the universe? You seem to know an awful lot about the kind of leg room an alien would need.

  • He consults his alien buddy, UFO investigator Robert Sheaffer, who says, "The hoaxer used Motion Tile effects with edge mirroring to introduce camera shake into the video. You can see the mirroring effects along the edge of the video. This proves that the video did not go directly from the camera to YouTube, that it made a stop in between inside a sophisticated video editing software suite."

Okay, that one makes sense. You're both still aliens, though.

The footage has to be checked by a "professional lab" for me to be satisfied one way or another. In these modern times of digital, things are trickier. All comments are interesting, and some amusing. I am in a somewhat luxury position of more or less knowing that UFO's are real, so this incident makes little difference to me. I hold in very high regard, the professionalism, inteligence, integrity, and intelligence of the average U>S airforce pilot, who is willing to put his life on the line for his country. This is the achilles heel of the skeptics, I would HATE to be in their position! These pilots see UFO's, and their sightings are backed up by state of the art radar tracking. Also it's possible to run computer syntax progs and VPA voice pitch analysis on the YouTube postings. I emphasize to the max this is pure speculation, but a 15ft craft may not travel the galaxy, only the mothership. Assuming a 15 footer doesn't cover the distance via a wormhole on it's own anyway.

Has not seen our own space travel. When we went to the Moon, a landing craft broke off from the orbiter to land. A shuttle would be something our own space program would use to investigate another planet or body in space.

I find it humorous that the small size of the ufo would rule out the possibility that the videos are legit. How would we know when an alien craft (or an alien, for that matter) had achieved requisite size to indicate authenticity? Funny criterion, apparently derived from movie portrayals of spacecraft starting with the The Day the Earth Stood Still and running through District 9.

HOAX!!!! What is intriguing is how so much more of the terrain can be seen when the thing flashes, notably in the upper left, right, and lower right. Buildings and roads can be seen. But a quick screen cap, with an increase in brightness shows that the right hand side and right bottom have been deliberately BLACKED OUT in the footage preceding the flash. Manipulation of the video means HOAX!!!

He says that "anonymous reports are usually a red flag that something's bogus." Really? He clearly has no idea what happens to people who step forward with their accounts. They endure ridicule. Their sanity and motives are questioned. Friends and neighbors talk behind their backs and say you've lost it. And then there can be harassment, official and otherwise. No, I'm with the posters who want to remain anonymous. They're just protecting themselves.

And then there's the size of the craft. When one sees an American F-16 flying over, say, an island in the Pacific, you can be pretty sure there's an aircraft carrier nearby.

This is a lame argument. First of all he assumes he knows what size is "too small" for an ET craft... Since when do we know how small is too small for inter-galactice travel? Has he considered it might have been a probe??

One of the vids (the third) is clearly a hoax– the other three could be legit... although it doesn't look good that the authors have not come forward.

(Incidentally, there was another very similar sighting by multiple witnesses about the same night in Utah. Google it.)

Stupid explanations like that only make me think this IS real. Especially since the 3rd video has been proven a hoax. Skeptics lean on that 3rd video to prove the whole thing is a hoax. Then Space.com releases an article like this one using the weakest, most nonsensical explanations anyone could come up with... Makes me think this whole even IS authentic and 'they' don't want us to know it was real.
