Mohammed Saleem, Wandering Guy, Found Safe and Unharmed
Good news, for a change. Cops and/or relatives found Mohammed Saleem, a 24-year-old guy who is deaf, mute, and suffers from either autism or Down syndrome (news accounts differ) and who had gone missing February 15, wandering off from a relative's home in Kew Gardens.
Missing for a week. Found unharmed.
It was at least the fifth time that Saleem, who now lives in a Pittsburgh suburb but was visiting Queens with his family, went missing. This time, however, he was gone for a week. The poor guy's home phone number is tattooed on his arm. He was found in good condition.
