New Yorkers Are Not the Biggest Flirts
According to an important and highly scientific appraisal of the "World Flirtation League," Athens, Greece, is apparently the flirtiest city of the modern world. The methodology of determining global cities' said flirtation quotients involved calculating the number of online flirtations initiated per month on social networking site Badoo.com by city residents. Of course, there are other ways to flirt besides online and, even more so, besides flirting on Badoo.com, but since this was a Badoo.com survey, well, there you go. In Athens, they apparently use a lot of Badoo.
The average Badoo user in Athens initiated 25.7 online flirtations per month -- over twice as many as in Rio (12.4) Warsaw (12.1) or Prague (12.6) and far more than in Paris (20.7), London (19.0), Berlin (17.7) or New York (16.1).
New York was the 89th of 200 cities ranked based on Badoo flirting. Other kinds of flirting, like on-street heckling and buying people drinks or saying hi, require more research. Have no idea how to flirt? Take a quick lesson from Wikihow: HOW TO FLIRT:
