Scruffy Bank Robber Sought in Crown Heights Stickup
Cops are looking for a scruffy bank robber who held up the Apple Bank at 318 Albany Avenue, near Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, around noon Tuesday, February 1.

The guy walked up to a teller at 12:14 p.m., displaying a silver handgun and handing over a note demanding money. He got an unrevealed amount of cash and fled the bank on foot. Nobody was hurt.
He's described as a black man in his late 40s to early 50s, about 6 feet tall and 180 pounds, with a salt-and-pepper beard and mustache. He was wearing a tan, longish jacket, a brown knit hat, black gloves, khaki pants, and tan boots.
