Cops have now put a name to the guy who allegedly orchestrated a sexting-slash-murder in Brooklyn. Ragene Powell-Dickerson, who consoled the family of his pal Dwayne Burnett after Burnett was lured to a phony threesome and then shot to death, is the guy who set it all up, cops say, but he's in the wind.
