Donald Trump, Birther, Continues to Tempt Us With Possible Presidential Run

• Did our Commander and Chief register for the Selective Service System as required by are Federal Government for all males ages 18 to 26?

• He did not show a BIRTH CERTIFICATE, he simply showed the world a CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH. This means nothing...you can't use a CoLB to get a driver's license, etc. All this paper proves is that yes he is alive. My husband was born on a US military base in Germany (he is a US Citizen because that is considered US soil), and he must provide his German Birth Certificate AND the State Department Issued "Certificate of American Born Abroad". My biggest issue is why not just show the actual document, by not doing so all he is doing is creating suspension.

• Whatever the reason for Obama not to show his birth certificate is his business. It is also irrelevant. Why? Because according to US law and International Law he is a natural-born citizen. How? His mother was a natural-born US citizen and his father was a polygamist. He was married to two women at the time of Obama's Jr. birth. If Hawaii knew this at the time Obama Sr. would be in jail. So according to Title 8 of the USC and international law a child becomes a natural-born citizen through illegitimacy. Also let's say Obama was born in Kenya he would still be a natural-born citizen. Why? According to the Congress in 1790 they said: "And the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens." Please end this nonsense you people need to do your homework. McCain team did theirs and that is why they quickly backed off the topic of where he was born. Can you blame them? Slander suit would quickly follow.

• The problem for me is that I believe Obama has spent mucho money (millions) on legal fees to keep virtually all documentztion of his personal history secret. This includes college records, state senate records, medical records, etc. All conspiracy theories aside, why would he do that? It seems like a fair question.

• What? Hawaii went to a standard "Short Form" birth certificate that's perfectly fine for every other elected official in that state, including Hawaii's federal representatives. Only obfuscating morons have trouble grasping that. If you had any shame, all you Birther Assholes would shut the fuck up about it and stop embarrassing yourselves with this never-ending public display of willful stupidity. We're laughing at you idiots. Besides all that, since Obama's mother was born and raised in Kansas, he could be born on the moon and still be a US citizen.

• The proper question is not whether or not Obama is a US citizen, but rather why does he reference a DIFFERENT proof of citizenship than the secretary of state for HI does. This should trouble all of us.

• When a woman who is 8 or 9 months pregnant wants to fly somewhere she needs to get a letter from her doctor granting her permission to fly. Otherwise, she can't get on the plane. It is highly unlikely Obama's mother's doctor would have granted her permission to fly from Hawaii to Kenya when she was 9 months pregnant! Not only that, why would any woman want to go to Africa to give birth? In the US you have your family to support you, a doctor you know who has been taking care of you, health insurance and great medical facilities. Don't forget Obama was born over 50 years ago and medical facilities in Kenya would not compare to the care available in Hawaii. Obama's mother had never been to Kenya, didn't know anyone there and had no doctor to go to and no health insurance coverage there. There is no way she would go there let alone be allowed to fly over there.

• These discussions about where Obama was born are totally bogus. There was a court trial a few months ago where an army doctor refused to go to Afghanistan because he claimed that Obama was not a valid US President since he was not born in the US and therefore couldn't order him to go. However, the court said that there was NO credible evidence to show that Obama was not born in the US and the doctor was court martialed and sent to prison.

• If you want to see the President's birth certificate, you have to go to Hawaii. The Republican Governor of Hawaii confirmed it is there and showed it to journalists. They can't mail this document to you, as the original is to be kept there in the records office. You can see a copy, however. What do you want the President to do? Go get his original birth certificate from Hawaii and bring it to your house and show it to you? You would not believe him anyway. He was born in the United States of America. Just like you. A person who is descended from Europeans are not more American than a person who is descended from people from other continents. You are American when you were born in America. Period. If your father was from China and your Mother was from Iowa and you were born in the USA you would still be a citizen of the USA. GET IT????

• The sad thing is, Democrats are not united and flinch and give in to these attacks instead of standing firm, and united, and vote. We seem to forget what 8 years of Bush did to this country. If the GOP gets in power again they will really run us into the ground. They may be idiots, but they are gaining ground again.

• I love the way goofball Republicons continue to blather on about such major threats to the US like Acorn, the Black Panthers, NPR money and Obama's birth certificate. Those idiots are blogging their way right into the loony bin!

• The only thing 'illegible' I'm guessing, would be your handwriting, which probably is very bad just like your spelling, grammar, logic, and comprehension. Obama was NOT ineligible because the law regarding the presidency says nothing whatsoever about where the parents are born, ONLY that the person has been born in the US. Check Lynch v. Clarke, 3 N.Y. Leg. Obs. 236, 1 Sand. Ch. 583 (1844), and United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898) (among other court rulings) for more information, if you can figure out how to do that. And for goodness sake, millions of people have seen his birth certificate online. Just because you are unable to grasp certain easily verifiable facts doesn't mean they aren't so. As for what Trump is saying, it's all nonsense (as usual). Please crawl back under your bridge and stop bothering us thinking beings...

• The reason obama doesn't show his birth certificate if he was born in the US is because even if he was born here his father was not and to be illegible to be president of the US both parents must be US citizens whom obamas father was not a natural born citizen. Why do you they address this?
