"Most Wanted" Day Care Owner Surrenders in Nigeria

​Remember Jessica Tata, the Texas woman who was added to the FBI's 15 Most Wanted list after a fire killed four children at her day care? She's finally been located, having turned herself in at the U.S. consulate in Nigeria.  In February, she left seven kids alone in her home day care center with the stove on, and four children died in the ensuing blaze. The other three were injured.Tata is being charged with four counts of manslaughter among other charges including child abandonment and reckless injury to a child.
