Rapist on the Prowl in Washington Heights
Cops have put out an alert for a guy accused of attempted rape in Washington Heights. The suspect, described as being bald and 5-10 to 6-0, followed a woman into her apartment building at about 4:30 a.m. Wednesday and forced his way into her apartment. Grabbing her by the neck, he told her to undress. She refused, and he fled; she was physically unhurt.
