- The bodies of two workers at Fukushima Daiichi missing since the earthquake and tsunami on March 11 have been found. Kazahiko Kokubo, 24, and Yoshiki Terashima, 21, were discovered in the basement of the No. 4 reactor; they appear to have suffered multiple traumatic injuries. [CNN]
- Adrian Rodriguez, the 18-year-old who was struck by an oncoming subway train on Friday, has succumbed to injuries sustained during the incident. He was an aspiring chef and was vying to get into the Culinary Institute of America. What actually happened that morning is still under investigation and an autopsy is planned for today.
