Kenneth Moreno's Wife Says Rape Accuser Can Go to Hell

Insult continues to be added to injury for the woman who accused NYPD officers Kenneth Moreno and Franklin Mata of raping her in 2008. First, they were found not guilty of rape despite A LOT of evidence indicating their guilt; and now, Kenneth Moreno's wife, Julia, says their accuser can "go to hell," according to the New York Post. "She can go to jail for this," she added. "She had two days to make up this story with her lawyer friends before she went to the hospital."

Moreno had a one-word answer to why the 29-year-old fashion executive would lie about being raped by a cop: "money." A class act, this woman.

Why didn't you go to law school, Rosie? Ortega, is this a newspaper or therapy session for angry lady bloggers who seem AWFULLY excessively concerned about this one case to the exclusion of nearly all other problems with NYPD and the American legal system in general.

As the previous poster noted, Rosie: what part of NO PHYSICAL EVIDENCE do you not understand? What part of REASONABLE DOUBT do you not understand? Would you prefer the United States forsake jury trials for the genius of... bloggers like yourself?

Show some goddamn self-respect and think a lot harder.

"A LOT of evidence" apparently doesn't include any physical evidence.
