Anthony Weiner Bought a $22.97 Bouquet of Flowers Yesterday

The Daily reports exclusively (and with pictures!) that the recently resigned Rep. Anthony Weiner made a quick trip to the store yesterday, where he conspicuously picked up $22.97 worth of carnations -- three bundles altogether -- in red, white and blue. A day after he was spotted grocery shopping with his wife Huma in Washington, D.C., where spinach was the key purchase, Weiner was back in his native Queens, where he also bought a bagel and posed for a picture. Though he's proven recently that his judgment is not flawless, let's hope this particular arrangement is to bring to a potluck, not for Huma as a doghouse gesture, because those things are way amateur, ugly and cheap.
