Yes, these are the tweets of @PageantMalarkey, a/k/a Elise Bramich, a blogger and comedian in London who seems to have once dated the alleged Murdoch pie-thrower, Jonnie Marbles, a/k/a Jonathan May-Bowles.

One of her last tweets was along the lines of "I'm leaving the country." Which seems reasonable, given the circumstances. Hey, we've all been there. Her Twitter account is now protected.

Here's a paragraph from Jonnie Marbles' blog, Trying to Be Funny, in which he refers to meeting Bramich at a gig in 2010.

Despite this, and largely due to a recently signed pact with Satan, (whom I highly recommend as an agent) I did OK. This may have been partly due to the fact that my new material was about MiniMarbles, which was the equivalent of saying to the audience "Hey! Be nice to me! I've got a kid! I'm ensuring the continuation of the species - what have you ever done you gaggle of lazy cunts?". Except for the last part, which would probably have turned the audience against me. According to one young lady, Elise Bramich, I "stormed it". Elise is my new favourite liar and will be receiving a chocolate hob-nob and a pat on the head next time I see her.
