Redman Buying Fireworks is on the Front Page of the New York Times

Subscribers to the New York Times were greeted this morning by a picture of Redman buying fireworks on the front page. The image of the rapper holding a $189.99 set of Flower Power fireworks graces an article about the budgetary repercussions of banning fireworks. Redman is briefly interviewed in the piece, bemoaning the fact that he can't buy them in New Jersey and has to travel to Pennsylvania (where he was photographed) in order to purchase them. "My father took me to buy fireworks, and now I'm doing it for my kids," he told the paper. [NYT]
