New X Games Event is Sisyphean Ordeal of Dirt Bike Stupidity
Above are the highlights for the X Games' (short for "Extreme Games," in case you were an old person in 1993) newest event: Enduro X. As you can see, the ladies competing had some trouble with the course, located in Los Angeles' Staples Center. ESPN, who runs the Games, says the new event has "has sailed the slow ship to success." It looks as if that ship hit an iceberg, capsized and the crew contracted scurvy along the way.
