​There's Kim Kardashian with sister Kourtney, two members of the Kardashian Klan, shopping in the East Village today, surrounded by cameras. The news -- it slows down before Labor Day, you know?

Oh, more Kardashian news! Photographer Annie Leibovitz is throwing them a party on September 6th, which could explain their godly presence in New York.

Leibovitz has been reduced to shooting the Kardashian sisters in their line for Sears. So! That's the state of our culture in 2011. Carry on.
