Gun-Toting Youth on the Run: Cops
Cops want to find the hoodlum who shot at a Honda Civic on Wednesday. 
Police say that around 2:45 p.m., a male in his late teens or early 20s brandished the firearm in front of 2132 Second Avenue -- in El Barrio -- and fired, hitting the windshield and passenger door. Three men were inside the vehicle.
None were hurt. The suspected perp was wearing a black jacket with white stripes on the sleeves, blue jeans, and black sneakers, cops say.
