Papa John's Receipt Lists Customer's Name as 'Lady Chinky Eyes' [UPDATE]

• What happens if the employee in question is of Asian Descent?

• You RACIST SOB POS say that to an Asian American person's face, if you dare! Asians have been in this country since the 19th century which is probably before your crappy ancestors dragged themselves off steerage, so if you can't stop being an enema you GET THE FUCK OUT OF AMERICA!

• pleeze these chinks are too sensitive. if you don't like it get the fuck out of AMERICA.

• Something similar happened to me in Washington Heights last fall. I went into La Parilla a spanish food joint to order takeout. The customer in front of me ordered and the waitress asked her name for the order. Waitress typed it into the order screen. When it was my turn, I expected her to ask my name as well but she just typed "china" in the screen. Also, I get told fairly regularly by my latino neighbor that all "Chinese, Japanese, Koreano look alike". 

• The employees name or # should also be on that recpt. too.  If not they'll know exactly who it was, based on the time stamp and who was on duty.  All registers have to be signed into to be used.  Ridiculous.   

• The bigger crime is why was someone ordering Papa Johns in the middle of Manhattan?

• No matter how mad you are at your company, you do not insult and use racial epithets with a customer.... use your Facebook use Twitter  or just tell people.  This I can bet will cost that employees job! as well as it should. Also that employee needs to apologize to the customer.   

• Whenever someone does something this outrageously obnoxious at work, I wonder if it's part of a scheme by a disgruntled employee to make the company look bad.  There could be other explanations, but that's always the first thing which occurs to me.  The customer is entitled to an apology, and unless the company's PR people are as vile as the employee, I think she'll receive a very carefully worded letter.
