Thief on the Lam in Cobble Hill
Cops say that a cell phone thief is on the loose in Cobble Hill, and they want your help finding him.
Police say that the suspected perp, pictured here, went up to a woman in front of 207 Clinton Street on Dec. 17, snatched her phone out of her pocket, then fled east, onto Henry Street.
The 36-year-old woman has described the man as a black male and said that he looks about 18-years-old. She also tells cops that he was wearing a gray hoodie.
