Cheney had been on a waiting list for a new heart for 20 months, and had his operation at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia. "Although the former vice president and his family do not know the identity of the donor, they will be forever grateful for this lifesaving gift," a statement from an aide said. Rick Santorum won the Louisiana primary Saturday. However, the win still leaves him far behind Mitt Romney in number of delegates obtained. "Rick Santorum is like a football team celebrating a field goal when they are losing by seven touchdowns with less than a minute left in the game," a Romney campaign spokesman told CNN. [CNN]
