Tim Tebow To The Jets: ESPN "Insider" Says Deal Could Be In Jeopardy

"Denver and Jets have encountered hangup in language in Tim Tebow's contract that could nullify trade," Schefter "tweeted" moments ago, after news of the Tebow trade already had gone viral.
"Tim Tebow has $5 million worth of recapture language, meaning Jets would have to pay back money to Denver. Jets might be unwilling. Complex," Schefter continues.
The Jets, as you probably know by now, announced this afternoon that the team had struck a deal with the Denver Broncos that would be bring Tebow to New York in exchange for two draft picks -- a fourth-rounder and sixth-rounder in 2012.
If the deal falls through, Schefter notes in yet another Tebow tweet, "St. Louis could wind up getting back into play. Sides sorting through details."
