Both Christians and Jews are observing holy days over the weekend. Cardinal Timothy Dolan participated in the Good Friday Way of the Cross procession across the Brooklyn Bridge yesterday. The march began after a ceremony at Brooklyn's Cathedral Basilica of St. James. Today he will be at the Church of St. Stanislaus on East Seventh St. for the blessing of the food for Easter Sunday breakfast. In Texas new New York Jet Tim Tebow will deliver a sermon on Easter Sunday. A share of the record $656 million Mega Millions drawing last week was claimed in Kansas Friday. According to state lottery director Dennis Wilson, the winner was a single ticket holder and "looks forward to retirement." A woman in Maryland claims she lost her winning ticket. "I'm still looking for it. I haven't even looked in my uniform pants yet," she told New York Post. "I'm still looking everywhere to find it, in my purse, everywhere." [CNN, NYP]

A tugboat -- the "Catherine G" -- capsized near Liberty Island Friday when prepping to transport a 60-foot construction crane. Though two crew members were pushed into the New York Harbors waters and the other four aboard climbed onto the top of the boat, a New York Waterways sightseeing boat and Park Police came to the rescue. Residents of apartment buildings in Virginia that a Navy fighter jet crashed into Friday were accounted for today. The fighter jet had a "catastrophic mechanical malfunction" when taking off. [CNN]
