Either way, the infomercial -- which you can see below -- is pretty tough to watch; a spacey Krentcil acts like a confused schoolgirl when it's explained to her that she needs to occasionally wash her face.
Krentcil, as you might recall, was arrested earlier this year after authorities say she stuffed her five-year-old daughter into a tanning bed. She denies the allegations.
To her credit, the latest video is a step up from the last time Krentcil appeared on YouTube -- when she got hammered at a drag show and was thrown out of a bar.
