Here's the Sick Bastard Who Groped a Sleeping Woman on the 4 Train

NYPD describes the still-unidentified suspect as a Latino in his thirties. He was caught on a passenger's cell phone camera wearing blue jeans, a jean jacket, and a black hoodie. He was taped sitting next to the victim, also Hispanic, while groping between her legs with his left hand while waving the camera away with his right. When the onlooker didn't turn the camera off, he continued and escalated the fondling by using his right hand as well to reach under the sleeping woman's skirt.
