UPDATE: The Pennsylvania Decision

Fox News has just called Pennsylvania, with 20 electoral votes, to Barack Obama. With eight percent of ballotss counted, Obama so far is up 68-30 on Mitt Romney. In the race to 270, Romney currently leads the electoral college 154-143.
Though Pennsylvania was not largely thought of as a battleground state, the race had tightened there leading up to the election.
