Today's Banksy is in Hell's Kitchen, slapped on the door shutters of a strip club.

The text on Banksy's website reads. "Waiting in vain ... at the door of the club."

Far be it from us to interpolate meaning in a Banksy piece, because we know how much it steams your rice, dear readers, but if we may: This is a stencil of a guy with a bouquet of flowers waiting for a stripper to leave the club.

The new piece was incredibly easy to locate just from the visual cues in the photographs. Just read the signs in the images and follow the scent of Larry Flynt's iniquity to the Hustler Club.

On the next page we have a map to its location and our tracker of all Banksy pieces to date.

I wonder if Larry Flynt will return the favor and name Banksy the Asshole of the Month.

every kid in jail right now for graf needs to be let go. It is their interpretation of 'art' his message does not trump the reality of lives being lived today. sorry, no one person deserves that much attention

WHY BANKSY MATTERS.. It is without question that graffiti artist Banksy is causing quite a hullabaloo while lifting a few eyebrows during his residency in NYC for the month of October. Perhaps the larger question to be answered is should be..why does it matter. It matters because it is a genuine, it is art, it is free speech, and it is available for all to see, without charge. Speech that the Mayor may find some objection to, but nevertheless, it is free speech. Beyond the tagged stencils, performance media, and the Ronald McDonald maniken with a live shoe shine boy with bare feet that he has offered, it is the essential essence of the artist who refers to the city as."New York calls to graffiti writers like a dirty old lighthouse”. And so while the treasured walls of a few buildings may become Sotheby’s auction material, Banksy will continue his “residency” in New York with the simple task of creating new works for the fun of it. Or perhaps simply waking a few of us back up.
