If Spitzer hadn't been caught, does anyone really think he would have come forward on his own? Ummmmm..I don;t think so! So his words and apologies are just meaningless, empty words..He GOT caught, and now he is sooooo sorry..PUHLEEEEZZ! I guarantee if he hadn't been caught, he would still be plying his "trade", know what I mean?? Now, on to his wife..what's up with her? I mean, don;t get me wrong, I totally get when this all surfaced about her husband, she must have been in shock, and I feel bad for her and their children..but how in hell can a woman stay with a man after something like this? No way would I..never in a million years. The minute I heard it, I would have been on my way to the BEST divorce lawyer I could find on her husbands dime too..I mean after all, if he can afford $4000 to $5000 prostitutes, surely he can pay for their divorce!! I hate women who stay with men like that. They must have really low self-esteem..very very sad indeed. Part of me, as a woman ,wanted to hug his wife, and the other part of me wanted to slap her, so she'd wake up! Seems to be alot of this type of behavior in the political world, and ohhhhh they are sooo sorry when caught..B.S. they aren't sorry at all..they're just sorry they GOT caught! She should divorce him if she's smart, and move on. Can't imagine what their children must be going thru..that's the worst part of all. Patrice (Maine) ~Proud Army Mom~
