Increase in Murders among Black Youths: Bush to Blame?
Has Bush contributed to the increase in murder among black youths?
People scoffed when Kanye stated that "George Bush doesn't care about black people," but a new study by criminologists at Northeastern University in Boston shows that the "Bush administration grant cuts to local police and juvenile crime prevention programs for the surge in crimes by young black men and teens."
Conservatives, of course, have their own interpretation of the data ("Young blacks who idolize pimps and felons have become soulless monsters," etc). It will be interesting to see what the new Justice Department and Attorney General make of these findings.

West Virginia is a very safe state. It's not safe because the people are rich, because in West Virginia they aren't. It's not safe because the people are educated, because a smaller percentage of them have bachelor's degrees. What West Virginia doesn't have, is a large negro population.

As for juvenile crime prevention programs, why not encourage more black abortions? If we could get the black abortion rate up to about 98% I guarantee you the crime rate would plummet.

Can anyone tell me why there is always a lotta crime where they are around? Whoever came up with the idea for an article like this needs to be educated in reality. Blacks commit crime at such rates because they lack the morals and higher brain functions that white people have.
Just compare black and white culture, compare our countries of origin and what they're like today. By accepting blacks "for what they are" we are just saying they can commit crime and get away with murder.
We are giving away our future to these animals.
