are you kidding me? the only reason this story made national headlines everywhere is because the victim was a 'pretty white girl'.....you think if it was a 210 pound jamaican girl murdered off craiglist anyone would ever hear about it? who even cares? why does this broad deserve more attention than any other random victim? What a shame for anyone to die in this fashion. No matter what category they may fall in or belong to. One of the things that I learned during my first years in AA was “If you don’t want to slip, stay out of slippery places.” Advertising outcall massages on craigslist is about as slippery as it gets. Ultimately this young lady paid a very high price for her life style choice. Not only do I feel bad for her, but also her family. It would be hell to lose a daughter and then see her dragged through the press. My thoughts go out to them for their loss.

Why was Julissa's roomate checking her email the morning after the murder before the NYC or Boston police did? Is Julissa's roomate a friend of Tiffany B. Montgomery formerly of the BU School of Medicine who didn't like Philip Markoff. Maybe he rejected her advances and now has colluded with Julissa's roommate (whom the roommate may have hated) to Hang Philip Markoff and frame and set him up in a very sophisticated fashion. Maybe the roommate and Tiffany planted the gun and other evidence when Markoff was out,logged on to his email from another computer, invited him to those hotels to get his picture while, at the same time, someone else was murdering Julissa. I'll bet if one pursued it, they could find pictures of other people who appeared at both Boston hotels within the same time frame as Markoff's appearances. Something is missing here. Why does n engaged 2nd year med student with the world in his hand go around murdering and robbing the weak? Innocent until proven guilty is how it should be. If he did it then he'll get his but the defense will show the shadows of a doubt here unless his fingerprints are on the gun or his DNA under Julissa's fingernails. Meanwhile I'd take a look at motives for the roommate and the med school drop out, Tiffany B. Montgomery who was quoted as saying she is not even remotely surprised" that authorities have charged Markoff with the murder of Julissa Brisman.

What really amazes me is that people are so stupid that they think she flew all the way to Boston just to give a massage! This woman was a hooker! If she were black or had less status the police probably would'nt even look for the killer! It's already public knowledge that she would travel to parties where she would run around topless and it would be a safe bet that in these hotel meetings she would be bottomless as well. Most states require a masseuse to be licensed was she?

One thing I learned from going to AA, most of them live a secret life. Sorry for the death, but she knew what she was doing. You don't travel just to give that kind of services. She was more like a call girl. She went to Atlantic group meetings. My experience nothing is anonymous.I know several people who attend meetings and have a double life. She knew the risks, yet she wanted to make money. When will people realized the truth about all this. Hide your real identity in order for people to feel sorry for you.

I guess it has to be asked. How many claim to know Julissa but do not know her race? Her first name obviously sounds Hispanic, and last name doesn't but - it is stated by one person that she is Jewish and Dominican, and another that she was German and Brazilian. Only someone who knows her can pinpoint her race, meaning only one of you is correct. In the end it doesn't matter what her "occupation" is, no one deserves to be murdered as such.
