Silent Vigil Marks 4,000 Solidiers Killed in Iraq

At dusk on Tuesday evening, New Yorkers marked the death of the 4,000th U.S. soldier in Iraq with a silent vigil in Union Square. The Department of Defense announced the grim milestone on Monday after four U.S. servicemen were killed by a roadside bomb in southern Baghdad.
