Cops say that Stephen Bolt, of 1690 E. 174th Street, The Bronx, killed Dawn Monaco -- his live-in girlfriend -- and arrested him today on murder charges, according to a New York Police Department statement.

On Monday shortly after 5 a.m., 23-year-old Christopher Adames was stabbed to death on West 21st Street between 11th and 12th Avenues outside the Juliet Supperclub (which you would recognize if you watch Mob Wives). Adames was rushed to Bellevue and pronounced dead on arrival. Police have identified the suspect, 41-year-old Manuel Pinero. He's described as 6'2", 260 pounds, and he drives a black 2010 Audi SUV, plate number ETU5963.
On Tuesday, a 61-year-old Brooklyn coin dealer was found unconscious and beaten on the street in Midwood. He was rushed to New York Community Hospital with severe head trauma and pronounced dead on arrival. The deceased has been identified as Steve Halfon, the owner of a coin shop in Gravesend. Yesterday, the Medical Examiner's office classified the death as a homicide.
Brooklyn teen Jonathan Thomas has been charged with murder in the "Freaky Friday" house party shootings last weekend in East New York. Thomas, 19, is accused of killing Donzell "Zelly" Rogers, 20, who was apparently just a bystander at the party. Cops have said the Very Crispy Gangsters, a crew operating out of the Fiorentino projects in East New York, was likely involved in the mayhem, in which at least 20 rounds were sprayed into a crowd by a crazed, stupid gunman. At least five others were wounded.
Cops are looking for Crown Heights teen Orpheus Nelson in connection with the fatal stabbing of 17-year-old Darell Smith in Crown Heights late Tuesday night. Smith, who lived in Bed-Stuy, was found shortly before 11 p.m. at 1785 Pacific Avenue, with multiple stab wounds; he was DOA at Kings County Hospital. Nelson, 18, lives on the second floor at 1783 Pacific Avenue. Cops have released a video of two guys they want to question about an April 14 homicide in Parkchester. At 10:20 that morning at 2055 St. Raymond's Avenue, cops found Samuel Saunders, 42, shot in the head and DOA in his living room in Apartment 3B. Now, the NYPD says these two guys, seen here in the building's lobby, are "wanted for questioning."

Two people were killed in a barrage of gunfire Thursday night near Devoe Park in University Heights in the Bronx, cops say. One was 17, the other 22. The "hail of bullets," as the Post puts it, also caught a 40-year-old man, who was wounded in the leg. As of early this morning, cops hadn't released info on either a motive or arrests.

Marlon Hinds, a 20-year-old Brooklyn man who lived by the gun, died by the gun last night, mowed down in a hail of bullets outside his home in East Flatbush. The Daily News's Matthew Nestel reports that the shooter, whose name the cops either don't know or haven't released, first pointed the gun at Hinds's girlfriend and then filled Hinds full of lead. Spent shell casings "littered the scene" after the one-person massacre around 9:40 p.m. in front of 5501 Snyder Avenue, Nestel noted. A woman whose nearby SUV was punctured by two bullets told Nestel, "It was so many continuous shots — like it came from a machine gun. Somebody wanted somebody dead."
Cops have released a video of three suspects in the March 18 shooting death of David Apelewicz, 43, of Midwood, Brooklyn. Responding to a call of shots fired at about 5:35 a.m. on the 18th, cops found Apelewicz, shot in the head, in front of 884 East 15th Street, a couple of blocks north of his residence. The video, released by cops last night, ain't much, but it's all we got.
